WORKSHOP POLICIES

(1)  A full refund of the workshop fee will be issued to the participant(s) when one or  more of the following circumstances apply:-

• If the workshop(s) cannot meet the minimum number of participants to start a class​

• If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseeable reason(s) or circumstance(s)​

• If the participant provides at least 21 days' advance notice prior to the start of the registered workshop(s).

(2)  50% will be refunded if the participant provides a notice with 14 days or more prior to the class start date, no refund after that.

For Make-Up Classes, the followings apply:-

​

(1)  Participants are allowed to join the next available workshop(s) only when a minimum of 7 days advance notice is given prior to the class start date in the event that you do not attend the class. 

​

(2)  In the event that a custom time slot has to be rescheduled for make-up classes, an additional cost of $45/hour on top of the total workshop fee will apply.

​

(3)  If you fail to attend the rescheduled session(s), your class will be forfeited automatically.

SURCHARGE

​

(1)  No surcharge for weekday classes which are scheduled between 10am-6pm.

 

(2)  Surcharge is applicable to weekend and public holiday slots:-

• A surcharge of $18/pax/lesson will apply to a single-session sewing workshop.

• For a multi-session sewing workshop such as series, surcharge will be at $10/pax/session.

(3)  Surcharge will be waived if the class group size consists of 4 pax or more.

(1)  An Indemnity Form has to be submitted prior to the commencement of class. 

​

(2)  A minimum of 7 days advance notice is required to book a slot for all workshops and bookings will only be confirmed when a full payment is made.

​

(3)  Lesson(s) will start sharp and end on time as the class time cannot be extended beyond the stipulated time.

​

(4)  Latecomers of more than 20 minutes will need to reschedule the class due to concerns over the disruption to the progress of the class as you will miss a significant process/steps of the class.  In this case, Make-up Class policy will be applicable. 

​

(5)  Currently, private workshops on weekend and public holiday slots are unavailable.

​

(6)  In the event that you are unable to attend your booked class,  please inform us as soon as possible through dm @SewlyBelieve social media or email at sewlybelieve@gmail.com

(7)  Sewly Believe reserves the right to suspend, cancel and modify any Promotions,  Workshop Policies and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
