Tired of your wardrobe but can’t bear to throw away your old favourite pieces? Refashion your boring denim jeans/skirt into a trendy and stylish garment using a range of upcycling techniques!
In Upcycling Techniques 101: Distressed, Ripped & Frayed Denim Workshop, you will learn the basics of creating the "distressed/frayed" look with a professional finish, gain a better understanding of your fabric and apply what you learn on your trusty old pair of jeans.
This is a Level 0 workshop: suitable for absolute beginners!
Price excludes materials.
Bring a pair of old denim jeans/ shorts/ skirts/ dress, etc.
Advisable to bring 2 extra pairs for selection and an apron.
This workshop requires a minimum number of registered participants to start a class.
Course fees will be refunded if minimum of pax is not met.

The Upcycled A-line Denim Skirt workshop has 2 progressive sessions. You will learn to redesign and transform your old jeans and dress/skirt into a fun new look.
This is a Level 1 workshop. You are expected to have prior experience with sewing and be comfortable with handling a sewing machine.

Bring a pair of old jeans/shorts (must fit your current size, non- stretchy denim), old A-line dress/ skirt (non-stretchy cotton)
Advisable to bring 2 extra pairs of each for selection. Do wear tights/safety shorts for the fitting.

Tired of your plain, old and boring jeans and want to convert them into a wearable stylish denim skirt? Here’s your chance to take that old pair jeans and learn to refashion it into a trendy denim skirt!
The Upcycled – Denim Skirt workshop has 2 sessions. You will learn to refashion and create a trendy denim skirt from your old jeans tailored to your body shape, top stitch with double/ parallel lines, using the overlocker and create the rip/fray effect on your skirt.
This is a Level 1 workshop. You are expected to have prior experience with sewing and be comfortable with handling a sewing machine. You are strongly encouraged to attend the Upcycling Techniques 101 – Distressed, Ripped & Frayed Denim workshop too.

Bring a pair of old jeans (must fit your current size, straight cut, can be stretchy/non-stretch). Advisable to bring 2 extra pairs for selection. Do wear tight/safety shorts for the fitting.
